ORDER AND DELIVERY
I have just placed an order. When will it be delivered?
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 10:00 AM will be shipped the same day, with the exception of products with a longer delivery time.
If your product has a longer delivery time, this will always be indicated on the product page.
If 1 or more products from your order have a longer delivery time and 1 product is immediately available, we will ship the entire order as soon as it is complete. This is to keep the shipping costs as low as possible.
A product is sold out. Will it be available again soon?
If a product is not in the webshop or is sold out, then that product is not in stock and therefore cannot be ordered. In many cases this product is temporarily sold out and available again at a later time.
Do you have questions about our stock or would you like to receive a notification as soon as your favorite product is back in stock? Then please contact us.
Where can I find the status of my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email. This allows you to view the status of your order.
What does shipping my order cost?
When you place an order above € 50.00, you do not pay shipping costs. Do you place an order of less than € 50.00? Then the shipping costs are € 5.95.
For orders from Belgium and Germany: when you place an order above € 60.00, you do not pay shipping costs. Do you place an order of less than € 60.00? Then the standard shipping costs are € 8.95.
My order is incomplete or damaged. What now?
In that case, we ask you to contact our customer service. You do this by emailing your order number and a photo of the complaint to Info@label6.nl
Please note: items may be delivered separately because we work from multiple warehouses.
Can i cancel my order?
We can only cancel a placed order if it has not yet been shipped or forwarded to our warehouse.
RETURN
What is the return policy?
After receiving your order you have 30 days to return your order.
The costs of the return shipment are € 6.50. These costs will be automatically deducted by us from your final invoice afterwards.
How do I return my order?

Pack your product firmly and make sure it cannot slide in the box.
We ensure that all our products are packed and shipped with love and care. We expect our customers to return the products they want to return to us just as neatly and well packaged .
The consumer is legally responsible for a return shipment. That is why we recommend packing the items in the shipment well and tightly. If items do not arrive or are damaged, we unfortunately cannot refund the purchase amount.
Packages that are returned via our return portal are not automatically sent insured. Do you want to insure your package so that your return is covered against loss or damage? Please contact us at Info@label6.nl
You will receive a confirmation within 7 working days after we have received your return shipment in good order. We will then refund the purchase amount (minus € 6.50 return costs) as soon as possible or cancel the invoice if you have opted for post-payment.
If you used a gift card during the payment, the purchase amount will be refunded.
Can I return SALE items?
Yes, you can also return SALE items, under the same conditions.
Can I exchange products?
No, unfortunately that is not possible. We advise you to place a new order yourself.
PAY
How do I see if I have paid?
As soon as the payment has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail.
How do I use a discount code?
You can enter your discount code when completing your order. The discount will then be automatically deducted in your shopping cart.
OTHER
Do you sell gift cards?
Of course! You can order this in our webshop under the heading "GIFTCARD".
After placing your order you will automatically receive your digital gift card in your mailbox.
Do you also have a shop?
We are an online webshop and do not have a physical store. We do offer the same help and we give remote advice!
