RETURN TERM

After receiving your order you have 30 days to return your order.

RETURN FEES

The costs of the return shipment are borne by the buyer.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Do you want to return a product? We think that's a shame, of course, but that's no problem at all.

Send an email to: Info@label6.nl and state your name and order number. We always like to know the reason for return, but this is of course not an obligation.

After this we will confirm your return so that you can return it.

We ensure that all our products are packaged and shipped with love and care. We expect our customers to return the products they wish to return just as neatly.

You will receive a confirmation within 7 working days after we have received your return in good order. We will then refund the purchase amount as soon as possible or cancel the invoice if you have chosen to pay afterwards.

Please note: the consumer is legally responsible for a return shipment. That is why we advise our customers to insure the shipment upon return. This will reimburse the purchase amount if the package is lost or damaged.

RETURN CONDITION

What we expect from our customers:

- You can view, assess and return the product within a period of 30 days.

- Notify us by email that you want to return a product.

- Always return the product in its original packaging. The item must not be used, show signs of use or be damaged. The product must also be free of smoke or other odors.

- You are liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. If the above applies, Label6. the right to reject the return.

EXCHANGE

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange items. We would like to ask you to return your item and order the desired item again in our webshop.

Send us your order number and a photo of the complaint, and we will assess your complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction.
