RETURN TERMS

After receiving your order you have 30 days to return your order.

RETURN COSTS SMALL PRODUCTS

The costs of returning small products are € 6.50 per package. These costs will be automatically deducted from your final invoice afterwards.

Example small products: all home accessories and home decoration, garden accessories, barbecues, sets of 2 chairs, bar chairs, etc.

RETURN COSTS LARGE PRODUCTS

The costs of the return shipment of large products are € 75 per package because we have to schedule an order for this with our carrier. These costs will be automatically deducted from your final invoice afterwards. Large products are products that you cannot send via the regular parcel service because they are too large or have a minimum weight of 30 kilos.

Example of large products: garden tables, lounge sets, etc.

NB:

Pack your product firmly and make sure it cannot slide in the box.

We ensure that all our products are packed and shipped with love and care. We expect our customers to return the products they want to return to us just as neatly and well packaged .

The consumer is legally responsible for a return shipment. That is why we recommend packing the items in the shipment well and tightly. If items do not arrive or are damaged, we unfortunately cannot refund the purchase amount.

Small packages that are returned via our return portal are not automatically sent insured. Do you want to insure your package so that your return is covered against loss or damage? Please contact us at Info@label6.nl

You will receive a confirmation within 7 working days after we have received your return shipment in good order. We will then refund the purchase amount (minus € 6.50 return costs for small products or € 75 return costs for large products) as soon as possible or cancel the invoice if you have opted for post-payment.

If you used a gift card during the payment, the purchase amount will be refunded.

RETURN CONDITION

What we expect from our customers:

- You may view, assess and return the product within a period of 30 days.

-If your product has damage, please report this within 2 days via Info@label6.nl

- Always return the product in a sturdy packaging box. The item must not have been used, contain traces of use or be damaged. The product must also be free of smoke or other odors.

- You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. If the above is the case, Label6. the right to reject the return.

EXCHANGE

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange items. We would like to ask you to return your item and re-order the desired item in our webshop.

 

INJURY

Have you received your package and is your product damaged? We apologize in advance for this, unfortunately this can sometimes happen. Always report your damage as soon as possible but always within 2 days via our contact form or via Info@label6.nl

Send a photo where we can clearly see the damage and state your name or order number. We always look for a suitable solution.

 

COMPLAINTS

Do you have a complaint? Notify us. You can contact us via Info@label6.nl

Send us your order number and a photo of the complaint and we will review your complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction.
