TO ORDER
This can easily be done via the webshop. Fill your shopping cart with your favorite items and complete your order.

PRODUCT SOLD OUT
If a product is not in the webshop or is sold out, then that product is not in stock and therefore cannot be ordered. In many cases this product is temporarily sold out and available again at a later time.

Do you have questions about our stock or would you like to receive a notification as soon as your favorite product is back in stock? Then please contact us.

TRACK ORDER
When your order is shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email. This allows you to view the status of your order.

CANCEL ORDER
We can only cancel a placed order if it has not yet been shipped or forwarded to our warehouse.

DISCOUNT CODE
When completing your order you can enter a discount code. The discount will then be automatically deducted in your shopping cart.

GIFT CARD

During checkout you can redeem your gift card with your personal code.
